Rona Kristan Radcliffe was born March 29th, to Reverend Charles and Rita Kaye Radcliffe. She is the youngest daughter and sixth child (6th) born to their union of eight (8) children.

This devoted lifestyle bloomed, blossomed and developed into the passion that was strongly brewing in Rona.
Being raised in a traditional Apostolic Pentecostal church, further positioned Rona with a heart’s desire to assist many others in the area of life. Having the opportunity to serve leaders in Ministry (from Elders to Bishops) gave her a greater insight on what it means to achieve life balanced goals as Effectiveness, Education and Equipping.
As a motivational speaker and preacher of the gospel, her ministry gift offers workshops and mentoring moments for young women. Her unique style of ministry has reached beyond racial barriers and touched the lives of many women in need.
